2. Pay online or use your unique code. This code can be found on your voucher, gift card, ticket or order form.

3. You will receive a confirmation e-mail. Shortly before the flight, you will receive an SMS and
an e-mail with the exact take-off location.

Each code can only be redeemed once.
If a flight cannot take place due to weather you will receive a message from us with the necessary instructions to book a new flight.
Depending on the wind direction, we will choose a suitable take-off location for the chosen region.
Shortly before the flight, you will receive an SMS and an e-mail with the exact take-off location. For a morning flight, we will send this information the day before. For an evening flight, you will receive this information in the morning.
The time you receive from us is the time we expect you for the briefing. It's not the time of departure.
